3. Watch Council meetings and commission meetings to track discussions on issues. Meetings are typically the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month. Distributing printed materials to each place setting in the Ballroom.

Greet our guests at three locations: the hotel Lobby just inside valet entry; the hotel Lobby from the parking garage; and the corridor leading to the Luncheon Registration area. Part of the time the Luncheon Co-Chairs and President may join you.

Process payments of Silent Auction winners who want to use cash or checks. There will be Cashier Assistants to smooth the process.

3. Watch ISD board meetings either in person or virtually to track discussions on issues. Meetings are typically on the 4th Thursday of the month in the board room at 6pm.
