In November there will be eight constitutional amendments on the ballot.  The LWVTX has created short videos for each of the constitutional amendments.  We also have Vote411 descriptions and pro/con statements.   We will cover as many as we can in the hour we have.   

Our discussion will include your thoughts and evaluation of the videos.  I will provide a brief update on Dallas V.O.T.E.S. which is a group of nonpartisan nonprofits and community organizations which formed in 2019 to support safe and fair voting in Dallas County.   Dallas V.O.T.E.S. is considering doing similar videos for voter education for the 2022 elections and your feedback would be incredibly useful for us as the education task force for Dallas V.O.T.E.S. considers this way of getting the word out on voting changes.
