My name is AnaChrista Robles and I have accepted the new role as the Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Director of LWV Dallas.
LWV Dallas is excited to announce its concentrated focus on diversity, equity and inclusion. We began our journey earlier this year and were directed to voter services where the issue of poll watchers came up.
I am inviting you to attend a DEI meeting on Monday, May 17th at 6pm.
The zoom meeting will focus on your experience working with your fellow poll workers and poll watchers in running the election location.
The Texas legislature has written bills to update the roles/responsibilities for poll workers and poll watchers and we want to learn about your experience working at the polls so we can plan together how to prepare volunteers and voters for future elections.

You will receive an email with the zoom information for the meeting. Anyone can register, you do not need to be a member of the League. In fact, we encourage you to extend this invite to fellow election judges, clerks and/or poll watchers.
