PRESENTER: Patti Everitt is a consultant on state education policy with a research focus on the impact of charter schools on public education in Texas. She serves on the board of Our Schools Our Democracy and was the primary author of its 2025 report on charter schools. Patti has led efforts for local, state, and national organizations to design and implement innovative education, employment, and health initiatives for youth.
