Through candid conversations with experts in mental health, politics, faith, and civil rights advocacy, attendees will explore strategies for resilience, navigate the challenges of election outcomes—including loss—and gain renewed motivation to stay engaged in the political process. The session will emphasize the importance of self-care while also preparing us to lead, organize, and participate in future elections and civic advocacy efforts.
