			About this event

LWV Dallas is a community partner with the Dallas Holocaust and Human Rights Museum (DHHRM)’s Spring Break Survivor Speaker Series. Join us each afternoon during Spring Break to hear from Holocaust Survivor and second generation speakers. Each event is held in person and virtually.
About the Speaker:
Dr. Andras Lacko was born in Budapest, Hungary in 1936. In a twist of fate, Dr. Andras contracted scarlet fever in 1944 which saved him from ghettoization and subsequent deportation to Poland. He survived the Holocaust in a military hospital and was later reunited with his mother and father after the Soviet liberation of Budapest.
There is no cost to attend this event, but registration is required. To register, click the "buy" button on this website. If you would like to tour the Museum, normal admission fees apply.
