2006 SURVEY OF VOTING PATTERNS AMONG TEXAS WOMEN

Studies have been done about voting patterns with one finding that Texas ranks 49th in the U.S. for women voters and 43rd for registered women voters. Is this true for you? (Source: Texas Women's Coalition document "Civil Rights: Voter and Voter Education" 2004.)
Because of these findings, LWV-Dallas authored a Survey of Voting Patterns Among Texas Women, aimed at finding the causes, and hopefully the remedies, for such low voter turnout among Texas women.
